That’s what JDA set out to answer with our annual Amazon Prime Day survey. We asked 1,000 U.S. consumers to tell us about their experiences. And, while technical issues put a damper on many shoppers’ experience (52 percent of the people we surveyed said they had technical difficulties trying to take part in the sale), there’s more to the story than server malfunctions.
