SCN: Your course provides a 30-day roadmap for mastering the art of business influence, but it really seems more like establishing a new way of life. Would you like to comment on that?

  1. Communication is truly an art. Sadly we sometimes mistake words for communication,
    Communication is a two way street. It involves information which is one of the resources that supply chain manages.
